My sweet husband purchased this bag for me and what a great choice he made. I have had this bag for almost two months. I have used it mostly for work and some travel. It carries everything I need for work. On the inside, which you can get to by a very large zipper opening, has two pockets at the back with a wide elastic strap that Velcros to the outer pocket. The largest back pocket fits my 17-in laptop, and a thin paper notebook. The next back pocket fits notebooks, paper files pens, pencils or the cable and adapter to laptop. There are two side pockets on each side that can hold anything you want, like a roll of toilet paper, regular size can of disinfectant, a hair brush and other small items. On the other side is two of the same pockets that can hold up to four bottles of water and other small items. Then there is a long inside front pocket which can hold a multitude of items like pencils, paper note pads or journals, chargers, cell phone, electronic note pad. Then there is the main area inside the bag that holds three pair of shoes flat across the bottom and two/three full changes of clothes. There are two zipper stays that can meet in the middle or on either side. There are two long outer zipper pockets and on either side of the bag are mesh pockets that can hold up to three bottles of water on either side. The bag also has one large, padded, adjustable shoulder strap, two handle straps and an easy to assemble trolley with a telescopic handle, adjustable with a push button on the top of the handle. This has been a most useful bag and I have enjoyed using it rather than carrying multiple small bags. It has made it easier on my shoulders and back using this bag.If I had to change one thing, it would have four wheels that could turn 360 degrees, instead of two stationary wheels and two footrests. That would make the mobility that much more easy.Other than that, this is a great bag!
