The zipper keeps splitting… is there warranty on this?I'm already a fan of Herschel products. I own two backpacks, but wanted something I could use for travel. I was looking for a bag I could use as a carry on, but was small enough that I could also carry it with me during my travels without being weighed down. I purchased it right before a trip to the SF/Oakland area. I fit in a blazer or sweater for those chilly mornings by the bay, a tablet, some books, and a mobile charger for my devices. Everything fit great with plenty of room for anything I wished to purchase in my travels.The features are great. I love the separate shoe compartment, it saves me from having to wrap my shoes in plastic bags before packing. The camo is a great color and very stylish. The zipper and material seem to be of high quality and I can imagine this holding up under heavy use. My only complaint is that I wish there was a zippered bag on the inside for small items. There is a small compartment with a stretch lining that can hold some things, but moving around things can fall out.Overall, great bag for a good price.This is a well made bag! Exactly what I wanted and expected. Super durable, zippers work well, and perfect for a weekend getaway. Plus the shoe compartment is ideal.Purchased the bag with a gift card a few months ago - first time using it on a week long trip to Mexico - what's there not to love! The well made/good quality/comfort designed bag takes on a lot of stuff with room to spare. Only down side is the one internal mesh pocket which is small. Didn't use the shoe pocket because it can't be secured with a small lock like I used for the top double-headed zipper. That said, all-in-all just a great looking and very useable carry on bag...I highly recommend it!!!Got this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! Whenever we travel and he uses it, he gets so many compliments. Herschel is a brand known for great quality and this bag doesn't disappoint. This is our 2nd Herschel bag and we can't wait to get more.The duffle bag is great. It hold enough clothes for a three day weekend in Vegas. The shoe compartment is a nice touch, although I used it for other things. The straps are strong, but the clips could be made better. Maybe metal clips would be better than plastic, they seem fragile.Used it twice for weekend getaways. Very durable. Holds a lot of luggage. I use the shoe slot for my shaving kit and it fits perfectly. It also has a mesh pouch on the interior of the bag that i didn't know about when i purchased it - but its extremely useful and well appointed. Definitely recommend for an overnight bag. Looks fantastic, and yes...it has a delightful new shoe smellGot this for my boyfriend as a birthday present, and he absolutely loves it. The shoe compartment is perfect for keeping your dirty shoes away from your clothing.
