Product appears to be ok but only time will tell. However, based on the coverage numbers provided (90-100sf) I bought 4 - 5 gallon buckets (20 gallons), based on the 1100 sf I needed to cover. At that I thought that would be short but could order more if need be. It took a little longer than I expected to get to this project and when I realized that 10 gallons was more than enough to cover all 1100 sf. I rolled it on rather heavy and used 3 coats since I had barely opened the second 5 gallon pale with the second coat. At that I have at least 1 maybe 2 gallons remaining, so roughly used no more than 9 gallons for 3 coats on 1100 sf of slab floor.I reached out to the seller "The Factory Depot" and they just stated I was outside my return window (which was only about 10 days at that). How convenient for them to oversell a product and use a 30 day return window as just an excuse to ignore an issue. Certainly not what I would call good customer service. Basically I'm stuck with $450 (2 - 5gallon buckets) which is of no use to me.Bottom line don't buy this from vendor "The Factory Depot" and if you do buy it take the coverage estimates with a grain of salt. I would say it may vary some with how porous your slab floor is but I expect most use cases in basements or just slab foundations they are relatively smooth the coverage is more like 350 sf. plus or minus a bit (I estimate averaged over 3 coats 366 sf).Would probably give it 4-5 stars but for the completely inaccurate coverage estimate and extremely poor customer service.
