Max Surfboard Dimensions These bags are cut to be a slim fit. It is best to size up if your board is just one inch over the bag length. For example a 6'1 surfboard should go in the 6'3, not the 6'0. Max board size is up to the length of the bag and 21-21.5 inches wide depending on thickness. For example boards that are closer to 3" thick will need to be less than 21 wide.
