Quality is pretty reasonable even for the nitpickers. I was a bit concerned when I looked to the inner lining and didn't see any padding. So just to give you an idea of what it is imagine a canvas (or synthetic equivalent) lined IKEA bag. The size is absolutely right for me . I can fit a symtail longboard (39.5") , a retro vision board, a helmet, spare wheels, bushings, tools ,etc. The top is open at the top , but that's alright because there's a buckle up there to cinch it down so nothing falls out. They've put thought into this and I respect that . No loose threads so far. Padded shoulders, messenger strap, and a grap handle. it's pretty damn good. It also keeps everything tight and organised when you get home and still looks good. It's a good purchase.
