I love everything about this bag, except the straps. They dig into the skin, unfortunately, but I purchased some strap pads that solved that. The fact that a bag that looks so compact can hold so much is amazing. It holds everything my much larger, bulkier bag did *with extra room*. In backpack mode, this bag stays balanced and never feels heavy no matter how much I pack into it. It has so many useful compartments, multiple cooler pockets, and the accessories are a really nice touch. The changing pad is particularly impressive. It's huge, but folds up small, all nice and neat and tucks into a cute ribbon. I'm a mom of five, so I have owned a toooon of different diaper bags over the years. This one beats them all. You won't regret buying this one!! Bonus, I'm also a cloth diapering mom, so you can trust me when I say it fits a ton!!!
