What an awesome pool hoop! Setting it up was quick by myself and it is very easy to move around before you fill it up with water. Instructions were clear with an illustration included. Once you fill up the base water, it's plenty sturdy for the job.I didn't try lowering the position of the rim and backboard but I'm sure it would work well for smaller players or deep pools and a nice extra feature, especially with no tools needed using the hand knobs.I set it up on opening day at the neighborhood pool and it was a huge hit! The clear & blue backboard and color matched ball really blend in with a pool and makes the older neighborhood pool basketball hoop designs look clunky, plastic, and outdated. For a compact pool basketball hoop this is a no-brainer at this price point vs. the competition that I could.
