These glasses are much more sturdy than other glasses (Libbey's Duratuff is what many restaurants order). I bought a case and split them with my daughter. Personally I would have preferred a little larger glass, but this size was just perfect for her and her family (fit nicely in my grandson' 8-year-old hand). And she can stack them three high in her cabinets, which is a real space saver. We both just love them.Libbey is always good quality.
