I purchased this product after viewing other similar mats from the same manufacturer on Amazon and they all got good reviews. I also researched on the manufacturer's website where it said it was 3/4" thick. WRONG! It's less than 1/4" thick making this way too thin for plush carpet. My current floor mat is a little over 1/4" thick and my chair still sinks into it. There's no way this mat will support my [...] Luckily Amazon is returning it free of charge. Woohoo for Amazon!
