First I wish there were two ratings, one for service and one for item review.Customer Service: 5 starsAs for service from this company, I’ll give it a high 5 star. The customer service at this company is amazing. All may emails were promptly returned the same say or following day. I did have a minor issue in the start, but they were able to accommodate and fix the issue right away and even sent me a free pillow for my troubles. If you are looking for a memory foam bean bag, you should buy from comfy sacks just based on customer service alone.Comfort: 4 starsHere is my product review of the bag, I’ll give it a conservative 4 star rating. It’s comfortable, but not as comfortable as I expected. It is really comfortable initially for a few hours, but then it gets slightly hard and you have to flip and fluff it. I don’t recommend this for elderly people as this bag is really heavy to turn and fluff. Don’t get me wrong I do like it; I just need to fluff it often. If you have room, I recommend the 6ft. The dimensions of my 6ft bag are actually slightly smaller. Fully fluffed its length is about 5’ 2” and height is 34” fully fluffed.Product Quality: 5 starsThe product is made very well. The foam is already pre-packed in its own liner, and the bags outer shell has two zippers. You zip it once when you come to the end, then you zip it in the opposite direction, it’s actually one zipper over another one. This helps with and makes it really strong. I love the corduroy fabric I ordered. It’s really thick, soft and durable. There was no bad smell from the foam.It is big, so make sure you have room. If you have enough space, get one size bigger. You do have to wait a few days for it to fully fluff.I love watching movies when I’m on my bean bag and love the feel of it. I love how you can mold it to your body. Overall I’m happy with the price, quality of the product. My dogs love it too, just remember, they may not want to get off, lol.Bought this for my 10 Year old as a birthday gift. When it arrived it was well packed. The foam shred'ns are basically vacuum packed into a solid brick. We opened the package and it was basically enclosed in a liner so we packed it all in the bag itself. It took some time to break it all apart and to fluff it up. It seemed like it would not stop growing. Bigger and bigger and bigger it got. Yea, it's all of 5ft and plump. She loves it and even sleeps in it from time to time instead of her bed. She Drags this beast upstairs to keep in her room and downstairs to the family room. It's not a easy task. She basically rolls it out her door and dumps it down the stairs and drags it around a few corners and rolls it though the door ways.If you want a stationary big bag this is it. If you want to easily move it from room to room, not this one. Find something smaller. If you want your kid to use some thinking skills and build muscles moving it around, BUT THIS NOW !It’s comfy but you need to do some work to move the foam around to adjust your position. The foam is rather stiff - not like a beanbag with tiny beads. It’s nice looking and we love to sit on it.TOO HEAVY!Flat flat flat. Just an oversized flat half filled sack of foam pieces. Uncomfortable and disappointing. especially for the amount of money spent. It's nothing at all like better known comparable products. I Unboxed and left to "fluff or expand" as directed but still no dice. I still haven't decided what I'm going to do with this large, heavy, half filled bean bag. It looks nothing like the picture. The only positive I see is the cord cover is well made.My wife really loves it.!Absolutely love it. My kids enjoy it. Perfect for family time.
