Had this bag for a few years and had it on several long trips. I have a couple of similar bags but this one is the most practical and functional. If this is your only bag for a long trip it’s probably too small but it’s an excellent addition to a pair of saddlebags. I used it on a luggage rack with the Velcro straps securing it to the backrest. It fit well and I never had any issues. The backrest strap is adjustable to your bike and makes for a snug fit. It comes with a ton of extra straps and clips so you can get it to fit most anything.It has lots of small pockets, I didn’t care about that, it means I have to open them all up because I can’t remember where I put stuff. It is definitely capable of organizing your small stuff, just not mine. The main compartments are easy to get at and the zippers are top notch. As a side note I thought I killed the main zipper when I jammed it up on a piece of fabric but it lived and works like it never happened.The bag itself is sturdy and it holds its shape well. It’s not waterproof but it does come with a rain cover that works. All in all it’s a good bag and it has served me well.
