I've been buying a similar product from a restaurant supply house for considerably more money (both for cost AND for shipping). They are backordered so I thought I'd try these.I am so happy I did. The cost is less and the shipping is MUCH less. I ordered these on a Tuesday afternoon and they arrived Thursday noon (Connecticut > California via regular shipping, which turned out to be FedEx). The cold packs were still cold. Put them in my pepper container and refrigerated them to be sure they were completely cool and tried a couple a few hours later.Taste is excellent. They are crisp, and have a nice "snap." The fillings are good. I'll be buying more.
