Stuff works well! Easy to apply with a paint roller on a pole. Happy with the results. Put a nice acrylic layer down, hard, smooth and easy to clean up. 2 coats is satisfactory, made some overlapping coats to see and difference. 2 is all u need.Really cut the basement dust and fine shake down to basically zero. I spent a few days prepping and washing the concrete. Very happy with the results. I've slid some hard and heavy items or loaded shelving with plastic footings across and no damage, flashing, or flaking...I tested/experimented on small area outside on concrete patio, can't tell it's there but the rain beads nicely on that spot.Recommend to anyone using for This particular application for basement or indoor concrete floors.
