Bought this about a year ago. It arrived with a broken drawer and chipped drawer slider. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent out a replacement after they confirmed the damage with the pictures I sent them. The thing has held up perfectly. I looove it. My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the quality of the product) is that acrylic shows dirt, especially around makeup. I usually just wipe down the outside but I finally took the thing apart and cleaned each drawer and it looks amazing again! When it's clean it really is beautiful, and as long as you keep up with the outside you should only need to clean the interior once or twice a year.
