Very nice bag, good thick strong material and stitching. Generous sized outer pocket. Think padding all around, especially in the all-important area that will protect the drum's head. I bought a professional grade DAF from Turkey - German Silver jingle chains, tune-able goatskin head, 22.5" outside diameter mahogany frame. The drum was too big for the nice Meinl 22" frame drum bag I had. I found this Schlagwerk bag - measurements indicated that it would be bigger inside than the Meinl bag. After getting it, my guess proved right, thankfully. It fits my new DAF like a glove.Padding is the same around the edges of the bag (where if contacts the drum's rim) as in the Meinl bag, but better (thicker) on the top and bottom where the head sits. Very happy with my purchase. Had to sell the Meinl bag used on Reverb for a slight loss over it's cost to me new.
