These are PERFECT! Just what I was looking for. The box says nothing about lead content and the glasses are labeled also no mention of lead content. I just checked with the manufacturer and these indeed do contain a small amount of lead. The amount is under the level necessary to require disclosure. But- as these are for drinking and the time the alcohol is in the glass will be brief I feel comfortable using them. Thank you reviewers for the answer to my question. These are large but not too large. They have a nice clean feel not overly cut- so the whiskey looks beautiful. The walls of the glass are not heavy and thick as most cut crystal can be. They are elegant.
