I absolutely loved the purse except for the defect. There was a fine slice in the top flap of the leather. Very disappointed. It was one day later then promised as well.I already bought this exact purse in another color for myself. My mother kept begging me to get her one so this one was her birthday present. It is just phenomenal. The storage and organization is beyond compare. And that beautiful Patricia Nash leather you just can’t beat. I love the hands-free Crossbody!Not happy with this bag. With regular use the long strap is wearing out when rubbing against the bag. Not thought out well with this handle. Better to have put hooks on sides of bag. Very Disappointed!!!The strap designed badly...attached only to fold over flap. Cannot carry any weight because it will break. Would like to return if possibleI returned this purse as it was no where near the quality of other Patricia Nash purses I have. The stitching, quality of leather ( was shiny and felt wrong) quality of hardware, etc. Was disappointed.
