Big and sturdy, they hold A LOT of gear, perfect for moving. The wheels are great makes it easy to move around, nice laches to hold the lid down. Great for storing large things or a lot of small and medium-sized things. The wheels make moving the totes very easy, even if the totes are full, so they are weak people friendly. Perfect for me! I plan to give some of these to my niece as well since she is moving out of her apartment soon. These will be perfect for her to use to move all of her stuff when she moves.1 of the 4 bins came with a big crack in it and one of the handle locks/closures was broken off.The product itself is great. The locks can be undone a little too easily sometimes, and they can be a little cumbersome to maneuver, but no biggie. I had 2 already in gray, so I knew what to expect. :)The delivery came 4 days before the earliest estimate, which was also great!However, the shipping box was so damaged that tape had come off, and opened up the box in a number of places, and there were actual holes all over the box which were definitely not designed to be there.The product inside was COVERED in a fine brown dust, and was otherwise mostly okay, but it had a LOT of white stress marks, scratches, dents, and even a few broken areas.If these weren't going into storage, I would care a lot more, but they'll work for what I need them for.Quality item at a good price and I personally experienced extremely fast shipping. A little weird but fast. I ordered 8 total. 4 showed up in less than 24 hrs of purchases. 3 more the next day and the final 1 the following day. Overall very satisfied with this purchase and the timely shipping responseI bought a 4-pack of these, thinking I'd need that many to get non-essential stuff in my house moved into my storage shed. I only managed to fill one & partially fill another. These containers are HUGE.
