Excuse the pun but a mixed bag. There is a random plastic flap/slot on the side of the bag. I suspect it's so you can put your hand in to grab tools quickly. However, it's not possible for a reasonable sized man to get his hand into the slot. This plastic flap fell off in the first hour of use so now have a 100mm x 100mm square hole in the side which is kind of rubbish and could only be remidied by using some black cloth tape to seal which makes it look tacky and cheap. Attempted to do a replacement through Amazon pages but it's a big faff involving going to a Hermes drop off (who wants to touch Hermes!!) To send the bag back and await a new one to be sent however, this is a design flaw so couldn't rule out it happening again.The bag is ok but at £50 there's equally as good of not better out there for much less.Shame as most OX kit I own is sound.Strap tore away from fabric after about three weeks! Looped it through the sprung hole inside so we’re back in business. Didn’t really have much weight in it as hadn’t had it long enough to accumulate loads of carp. Otherwise a good bag, outside pockets loads better than dewalt/Stanley. Shame really as failed strap will put me off ox products.Great quality product as usual from OX TOOLS. Very nice nice, can fit in most of my important hand tools, drill, impact driver and batteries. Lots of useful pockets and feels strong.Have used Stanley FatMax bags before and the shoulder strap usually lasts around 2 years before it ends up tearing of the bag. The strap on this Ox bag lasted less than a week and tore from the bag at both ends at the same time. The bag itself is actually quite good just a shame the strap is a weak point. Would probably have given 5 stars if strap hadn't torn off.Looks amazing a strong will review after have used for a couple of weeks very impressed at the moment would recommend this bag over many others have used dewalt always breaks have also used stanely fat max was strong but pockets where stupidly small.Again will write a proper review when used for a couple of weeks but at the moment very impressed
