Fits perfectly on my '15 HD Ultra Limited passenger seat. Easy to connect the tie downs. Only draw back is that it does not come with a rain cover, so unless you want to use a Garbage Bag to keep your clothes dry I suggest purchasing the Rain Cover. Plenty of space for your clothes and the extra zip pockets are great for additional storage. I used 2# coffee lids between the bag and my speakers so that they wouldn't rub on the cloth and worked great.Plenty of D-rings to secure the bag, & I found it very easy to lean back on the bag while going down the road.
