So far, I love it. It's easy for anyone to pull, whether myself 5'6",my 4' child, or his 6'4" father. It was a little tricky to figure out how to use a luggage bungee on it (we put our backpacks and lunch bag on it while walking around terminals), but it worked. I also gave my son a ride on it. The only thing that makes me nervous is the handle. It needs re-inforced out to the corners of the metal frame, because it feels like it will pull free of the fabric at any moment (I've only used it once). Also, this is impossible to slide up stairs (unlike the other kind of rolling suitcases which tilt and you can slide them on their back up stairs), so it has to be carried up stairs. Fully loaded, it is very difficult for me to lift myself.
