This is very exspensive, but you get what you pay for.This will go on VERY smooth, does not pool in low levels if its an uneven surface, dries within 2 hrs or less, will NOT leave the nasty yellow hue like oil based stains.Not much more I can say, except if you depend on using this stuff and want a clean look, this is the way to go.
