Product is everything I was looking for. The bag is well made, a large target and just right in feel. Had to replace a hard old bag I was using and this one definitely is an upgrade and be better on my body. I liked buying through Amazon as shipping wasn’t too crazy. With that being said be prepared for the conundrum. This is a 100lb large object and Title does very little in the form of packaging. It was basically wrapped in a plastic bag. Not surprising after carrying to my basement and carefully cutting the plastic off and hanging that I notice this little puncture. No way that I created!! I contacted Title through Amazon asking for some sort of reimbursement for the defect and they are blaming UPS and the only thing they will do is take the bag back for a full refund. They want me to unhang, repackage up, and carry this 100lb item back out to the porch and then have the poor UPS guy have to deal with again. Not to mention completely waste a useable product and the next one has a good chance of similar outcomes. Or I have to just live with the fact I paid full price for a product with a hole in it…if they would have just gave me $50 back I wouldn’t have wrote this review…
