Absolutely LOVE this bag. I had to wait nearly 9 months to buy it for my 5.5lb Seizure Alert dog as an occasional working item for large crowds and things to keep him safe from being stepped on, etc. It's hard to find but I finally got one and it's amazing. It's soft to the touch, the outside fabric is kinda like thicker T-shirt material but it is layered on top of a thicker padded nylon type inner material. The shoulder strap is very adjustable and will fit comfortably on a Plus Sized person as a cross body bag. The pocket up front holds my phone and emergency medical info. The large pocket in the back holds my leash and a chewie for my dog. The two inside pockets where the dog goes hold my poop bags, a small bottle of hand sanitizer, a hair tie, and some lip balm. My dog is very well trained, he won't mess with the items in the pockets but if you're planning to leave your dog in this bag, don't put anything that is toxic in those inside pockets, they do not zip shut.My dog is a long haired Chihuahua, 5.5lbs. He fits very comfortably in this bag, while wearing his Service Dog vest over a sweater if need be, and with my emergency medications in his vest. He is not squashed. I would say he stands about 9" tall.If I had to complain about it I would say that if you're going to wear it for any amount of time with the dog in it, that it could use a shoulder/neck pad to keep the strap from irritating your neck. I'm looking into getting a sheepskin strap cover for it. Considering how hard it is to find this bag, I may purchase a second one to put away in the near future.
