Bought this to mount on my scooter (small motorcycle) and really like it. It's super well-built and the four-point mounting keeps this windshield solid at speed. It is mounted to my handlebars. The one mod I needed to make was to install shims in the handlebar clamps as they were to big (diameter) for the handlebars. Usually, these come with shims for various size bars but this unit doesn't. No problem, I went to the hardware store and bought 4 rubber large washers and made my own shims. It's solid!. I'm 5'11" and just look over the top of the shield (which is my preference) but could tuck (slouch?) behind if needed to get out of a beating rain.
