One day after return window, I set it up for the first time and it is full of holes and rips at the seams. If there was quality control this should have been caught. It looks great, but if it leaks that defeats the purpose.Customer service was quick to replace both the canopy and carry case.Storage and transportingI was worried about transporting it to a different location when I first received the product because it’s quite heavy (50 lbs). But luckily it comes with a bag with two wheels so it’s easy for a tiny girl like me to move it. I have no trouble putting it back in the bag after I had it out.Assembly and disassemblyI suggest to have two people to assemble it. We first put the cover in an incorrect rotation and we didn’t notice that right away. Now we learn, it should be EFFORTLESS to expand the structure if the cover is in the right rotation. It needs someone taller to extend the legs because they need to extend to certain heights until hearing parts click to secure them. It took us less than 10 mins to set up once we got the cover right.Sturdiness and qualityI don’t think there is anything for me to criticize. Looks sturdy. Thick, quality cover that does its job. Did I mention I didn’t get sunburn standing under it for the whole afternoon in a brutally hot summer day?Had an issue with the fabric cover. Seller was quick to send a replacement!! It’s a very sturdy canopy. It is quite tall even on the lowest setting. I was able to drill holes in the legs to create a lower stance. Super easy to do. Recommended.The tops seams were unsewing. I emailed the seller and they sent me a top replacement right away. 2 summer party's with alot of compliments. So far so ? good. Great customer service.Really wanted to give this canopy 5 stars because of it's unique shape. I stand out well at farmers markets and events. BUT! When the canopy arrived, one of the legs was already broken so it doesn't collapse completely (that leg sticks out an extra 5in when completely collapsed) and I'm worried about it staying locked when opened and raised (I use the canopy as part of my display, sometimes having 150+lbs of product and displays attached to it). The top is nice and blocks the sun well, haven't tested it with heavy rain so I can't speak on the weather durability completely yet. The storage bag is absolute garbage! Do not expect that to stay together beyond getting the canopy out of the box. Mine ripped at the seams the second time putting the canopy away. Overall, it's a nice idea, ok to use, but probably wouldn't buy another.We received this with a badly dented leg, which may have happened in transit. In our initial attempt to set it up, we had a hard time expanding the top because of this dent. Normally I would have returned it, but we need this tent for an event this week. If I could reach the supplier, which I cannot locate so far on Amazon, I just need a replacement leg. Apart from the dented leg, the tent is very sturdy and well constructed.I can put it up by myself. I am an mildly active 72 year old woman.This product was very sturdy and easy to assemble. We had two more expensive canopies that were ruined within a couple of uses. These (we bought 2)have already been used multiple times and are holding up as if they were brand new.
